Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical visions into business value
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech integration
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and ESG principles
