- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through pilot programs

- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and anticipatory methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their exponential growth trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences and global forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards analysis)
