Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI, decentralized systems, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG goals
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio, evaluating startups and emerging technologies for acquisition/partnership
- Present strategic insights to global stakeholders and industry forums
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record in developing breakthrough tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system dynamics and market adoption curves
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs, standards bodies)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
