Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futuristics from Tier-1 institution
- Published white papers on quantum algorithms or climate tech
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)

- Fluency in Mandarin and Python required
