- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive implementation of pilot projects for breakthrough technologies
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and patent monitoring
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
