Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough innovations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products using AI/quantum/sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting and competitive landscape analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience leading teams of 20+ technical professionals
- Deep knowledge of Web3, neuromorphic computing, or biotech convergence
