Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing next-generation products/services targeting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological and societal disruptions
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create annual '2026 Horizon Scan' reports for executive decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and complex problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
