Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
