Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Aether Dynamics leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs for future-ready products.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor movements to ensure our strategic position remains dominant.
- Develop a culture of innovation that encourages risk-taking and creative problem solving.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or technology leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic directives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets exceeding $5M.
