Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-5 year vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for emerging innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
