Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Represent the company at international AI policy summits and regulatory consultations
- Establish KPIs for responsible AI metrics and continuous improvement systems
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices
- Produce annual AI ethics transparency reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or tech ethics leadership roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience with quantum computing ethics considerations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google) or equivalent
