As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech pioneers, and AI ethicists to develop scalable frameworks for next-generation solutions. You'll translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies while maintaining our commitment to ethical innovation and sustainable development.
Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT Media Lab and Stanford NeuroTech partnerships
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (nanotech, biocomputing, decentralized AI)
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough human-machine interface systems
- Present tech strategy to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from prototype to market
- Deep expertise in at least three: quantum computing, neurotechnology, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong background in patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
