Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with global market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure R&D funding and drive strategic partnerships
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products that shaped market trends post-2020
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Innovation Management (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
