Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the high-level system architecture for our 2026 product suite.
- Lead the migration strategy to next-gen cloud infrastructure, ensuring zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system integrity.
- Identify potential scalability bottlenecks and proactively resolve technical debt.
- Mentor junior architects and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
