Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating Web3, generative AI, and biotech innovations into core business processes
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential to transform industry landscapes
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-gen startup investments
- Present strategic technology briefings to board members and executive stakeholders
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty compliance
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record leading quantum computing, blockchain, or AI ethics initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar framework
- Experience scaling tech operations across 3+ international markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and digital assets
