Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural infrastructure, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research breakthroughs into market-ready features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or strong aptitude for rapid learning of new paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
