Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex data optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Lead the architecture of hybrid classical-quantum systems to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to optimize quantum circuit compilation and error mitigation.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists within the 2026 initiative, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Translate abstract research concepts into scalable software solutions for production deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum models to ensure reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or quantum computing research.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong foundational knowledge of linear algebra, probability, and statistical analysis.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and utilizing quantum simulators.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
