Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term technology planning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, APAC)
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Strong background in at least one technical domain (AI, biotech, or advanced computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
