- Produce thought leadership reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurism roles at tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (minimum 3 papers)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling innovative concepts to commercial viability
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Causal Mapping)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
