Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) to identify strategic inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state solutions with stakeholders
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on technology convergence scenarios
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Advise C-suite on technology investments and innovation portfolio allocation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Experience developing scenario-based strategic plans for 5+ year horizons
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
