Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry predictions and market shifts
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualization
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on 2026 technology adoption scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations for cutting-edge R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict technological adoption curves
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
