Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to capture frontier innovations
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on future initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating into actionable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
