Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business goals for the fiscal years leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research teams to explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Blockchain integration.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our market position.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Prototype Development: Oversee the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for high-impact technologies.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology partners and software vendors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, AI/ML architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level visions into actionable, detailed strategic plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical challenges.
