Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic roadmaps by synthesizing exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners on industry disruption forecasts
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation
- Present strategic briefings to board members and government innovation councils
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist analysts and innovation designers
- Pioneer new methodologies for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting with track record of accurate predictions
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in foresight modeling tools (e.g., SAM, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on transformative technology adoption
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovations launched from strategic foresight
