Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI architecture, identifying emerging trends and technologies for the 2026 timeline.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents to enhance product capabilities.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for the technological shifts expected in 2026 and beyond.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Deep expertise in solving complex architectural challenges related to data privacy and real-time processing.
