Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Mentor a team of 5+ technology strategists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
