- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to stay ahead of innovation curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and tech assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into actionable strategies
