As a cornerstone of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethics experts, and sustainable tech innovators. Your work will directly influence how we navigate the convergence of biotech, metaverse infrastructure, and climate-tech solutions, positioning us as the undisputed leader in next-generation technology.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and Stanford Bio-X partnerships
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (e.g., room-temperature superconductors, synthetic biology)
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations in sustainable computing and immersive experiences
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with quantifiable ROI projections
- Manage $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation across experimental initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers and technology scouts
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum machine learning, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Published author in Nature/Science or equivalent tier on future technology implications
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TF) methodology from WFS or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
