- Produce forward-looking impact assessments for emerging technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI safety, neurotech, climate modeling
- Published research in Nature or Science on future technology impacts
- Experience leading innovation budgets exceeding $10M annually
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with >80% accuracy
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
