Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
