Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic initiatives in emerging technologies including generative AI, blockchain, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to prioritize technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implementation
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Strong background in agile methodologies and digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
