Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive threats and opportunities in 2026+ tech landscape
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity metrics
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, spatial computing, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating technology impact assessment and trend analysis
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
