Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy protocols in cryogenic environments
- Develop error correction models for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Mentor junior researchers on quantum information theory principles
- Secure patents for novel quantum hardware-software interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum circuit design using Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
