Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and implement high-level system architectures for large-scale AI and machine learning platforms tailored for the 2026 era.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the vision for emerging technologies, including predictive analytics, generative AI, and quantum-assisted algorithms.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering leads to translate complex business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to explore new frontiers in neural architecture search and automated machine learning (AutoML).
- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for high-throughput processing in real-time environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and align technology stacks with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
