Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum computing, and Decentralized Finance.
- System Design: Architect scalable, resilient, and future-proof systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and computational requirements.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate concepts for post-silicon computing and advanced neural interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate future market demands into technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into long-term product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
