Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic vision to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and talent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap delivery
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience scaling technologies from pilot to enterprise-level deployment
- Track record of securing $5M+ in innovation funding or partnerships
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
