Responsibilities
- Lead conceptualization of next-gen AI frameworks and quantum computing interfaces
- Architect adaptive systems using neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology integration
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Collaborate with quantum cryptography teams to design unhackable communication protocols
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026 product roadmap
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology foresight methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with proven track record in disruptive tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to secure $10M+ in innovation grants
