Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026+
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop innovation frameworks and governance protocols for experimental R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in foresight or innovation strategy
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
