Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-convergence)
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable AI systems
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG and UN SDG targets
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, Davos) as thought leader
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-focused R&D methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020s disruption leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/bio/neuro)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech implications
- Experience scaling tech teams from startup to unicorn stage
- Certified in Futures Thinking (WFS/ACF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Portfolio of implemented tech strategies with measurable market impact
