Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen deployments
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
