Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with data-driven ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation maturity
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and agile innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting ($10M+ scale)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
