- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate roadmaps
- Drive innovation through pilot programs, hackathons, and strategic partnerships with tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and scenario modeling
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and technology architects
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CISSP) preferred
