Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends, patent landscapes, and competitive disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Develop strategic frameworks for evaluating quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech integration
- Present technology foresight reports to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for early-stage technology access
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing architectures for 2026+ environments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or technology foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or future trends
