Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market readiness
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototype future solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board members with actionable recommendations
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments impacting future adoption
- Mentor junior team members in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy and investment decisions
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with ability to synthesize disparate data points

- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
