Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategies aligned with 2026 innovation goals
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market opportunity assessments
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation and resource prioritization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience building and scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
