- Develop ROI models and business cases for next-gen technology investments
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record launching AI/ML, blockchain, or metaverse solutions
- Expertise in emerging technology frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APF, CTF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with $50M+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
