- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments
- Coordinate with global engineering teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business value
