- Lead high-stakes innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and Board of Directors quarterly
- Manage $15M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 Technology Impact studies
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products with 7-figure ARR from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TF) and Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on 2026+ technology trends
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ in hyper-growth environments
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario planning tools (e.g., GIGA)
