- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, quantum-resistant cryptography)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders including investors and government partners
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact in 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/bio-tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced R&D initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS/ACF) or equivalent
- Published work in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
