Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap, including AI, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Architect cross-functional R&D projects integrating emerging technologies with real-world applications
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with future market demands
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present visionary concepts to investors and industry thought leaders
- Publish white papers on technological ethics and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven track record in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or neurotechnology
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience in future studies
- Strong background in technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
